how we release
Every tool here started as something we needed. We built it for our own desk first, used it until it stopped annoying us, and only then thought about anyone else having it. Nothing on this page was made to be a product.
Where the source helps more than it costs, it is open and MIT licensed. Take it, fork it, ship your own. Where a tool carries the studio’s own data or is simply not finished enough to hand over, it stays closed until it is not.
Each app gets a home of its own on its own subdomain, so it can look and behave like the thing it is rather than like a page in a portfolio. This page is the index. The app’s own site is where you actually meet it.
