01 the question

the question

how do you make fifty years of trust legible without turning it into a list of boasts?

02 the brief

the brief

Make the 50 years mean something instead of just saying it.

the brief, as we wrote it down

The old site had the history, the projects, the awards and the press. It just wasn't showing them.

03 what we did

what we did

  1. Apr 2026

    read everything first

All 16 projects, the services, the FAQs and the awards from the old site, documented. Then the voice rules: plain words, no hollow superlatives.

  2. Apr–May 2026

    a new website

Rebuilt on Framer: service pages, four FAQ hubs with 30+ answers, awards and press pages, a projects catalogue, and every main page with its own title and description.

  3. May 2026

    graphic design

The new site's look (Geist, one orange, a cream) and the graphics made with it.

  4. Jun 2026

    a daily tracker

A morning plan and an evening report for every salesperson, with dashboards, PDF reports and WhatsApp reminders for the managers.

  5. Aug 2026

    a field-sales app

Channel partners, buyers and bookings as real records, alerts when someone goes quiet, and views for reps, team leaders and managers.

04 what we made

what we made

the website

every page has one job

The history became structure: a timeline from 1969, an awards page, a press page, and projects you can browse by type.

Service pages, four FAQ hubs with 30+ answers, and every main page with its own title and description.

The website we built: a dark aerial view of the Tricity under the headline 'Tricity's Most Trusted Real Estate Company'.

the software

the sales team's day, in one place

In the app, reps file a morning plan and an evening report from their phones. Managers see who's on track, which partners have gone quiet, and a report they can send on WhatsApp.

graphic design

one orange, one typeface

The look of the new site: Geist, one orange and a cream, a small label over every section, and the outlined SMG at the foot of the page. The graphics we made for them are drawn in the same look.

The colour card: 'Palette', orange #EA580C and light orange #FFF7ED, over a pale skyline.
The type card: Geist on SMG's orange, with its weights for headings, subheadings and body.
The SMG mark as a brushed-metal sign on a dark slatted facade.
A poster: 'Tricity's most trusted real estate company' over a residential tower at dusk.
'50+ years of excellence' in orange, with four of the group's developments around it.
The SMG mark and 'Subhash Mangat & Group' in white over a dark photo of one of their towers.

social

three carousels in the same look

Carousels about the firm and the place it builds in, in the website's orange and cream.

subhashmangat.com is live, and every main page has its own title and description. The history frames the site instead of being listed on it.

It reads like a firm that has been doing this a long time, because it has.
